SPANISH NON-LUCRATIVE VISA

Live Your Dream Life in Spain

The Non-Lucrative Visa offers an ideal residency option for individuals wishing to live in Spain without engaging in professional or commercial activities.

What is the Non-Lucrative Visa?

The Spain Non-Lucrative Visa, also known as the Non-Profit Visa, is the most efficient way to stay in Spain because there are no investment requirements. It’s a long-term residence permit for those who can financially support themselves.

With this type of residence permit, you are not allowed to carry out any economic or professional activities during the initial period. You must be able to sustain yourself living on passive income, such as pensions, rent, or dividends.

This visa is commonly nicknamed as the “retirement visa” since it’s popular among retirees. After your first year of legal residence, you have the option to modify your permit into a work permit, provided you meet the required conditions.

The Non-Lucrative Visa also allows you to bring your immediate family members with you, as long as you can demonstrate sufficient financial means to support both yourself and your family.
